Kober groep is a daycare organization providing various forms of daycare in West-Brabant. Kober groep holds the HKZ Quality Certificate (ISO 9001), meeting all applicable daycare quality standards. 

Kober groep puts children first. We believe that every child is unique and special. Children are curious; they want to discover the world. With this in mind, we offer each child a secure but challenging, and above all, fun place.

Professional childcare at Kober groep gives parents the opportunity to work. Above that, we think childcare is an addition to parenthood and it stimulates the development of a child. We listen to the needs of your child and to the wishes of the parents.

Kober groep is always evolving. We are innovative and enterprising. We respond to new questions. Of course, we work closely with parents, but we also have a network of professional partners who also focus on child development and are socially involved.

Our services

Daycare Center (In Dutch called Kinderdagverblijf)
(for children ages 0 to 4)
A daycare center quickly makes the child feel safe and at home. Playing, sharing, learning and growing up together. Children have their own groups at the daycare center. Every group is supervised by at least two permanent contract staff and has its own play and sleep areas. Each daycare center also has its own outdoor playground for the children. 

Out Of School Care (In Dutch called Buitenschoolse opvang (BSO)
(for children ages 4 thru 12)
During non-school hours, vacations and days off (e.g. teacher ADV or workshops) the child may go to the home away from home at the out of school daycare center. Focus being on (individual) leisure activities. After all, the child is of an age to choose and needs challenges. Outdoor playing is definitely one of the options. Being linked to school activities this care facility is provided close to the child’s school, because it is important for the child to be able to go with his/her friends to out of school daycare.

Daycare by Host Parents (In Dutch called Gastouderopvang)
(for children ages 0 thru 12)
This flexible and homey daycare is provided in the home of a host parent. This allows for specific, individual needs as it is small scale. Kober groep recruits and selects host parents who meet its high standards. We also provide an introduction course, educational support, additional schooling, and supervision.  

Preschool  (In Dutch called Peuteropvang)
(for children ages 2 to 4)
Preschool is a logical step in expanding a child’s world. In a playful context the child is prepared for elementary school. This form of daycare is not covered by the Wet kinderopvang (Childcare Act). Consequently, the parents do not receive daycare allowance for this service.
